Flow Cafe and Bikes – Return Policy
At Flow Cafe and Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a bike, please review our return policy below:
Returns
- Return Period: Bikes may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Condition: Returned bikes must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned bikes.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Bikes may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- All exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns: bikes must be unused and in new condition.
Exclusions
- Bikes that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special orders and customized bikes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
